how much run time should I get? According to an equation someone got me, you divide the aH of the motor into the battery’s aH and that’ll tell you the amount of hours you’d get a t full throttle. So does that mean about two hours?? Any advice on battery/trolling motor run times?

How to troubleshoot three pin trolling motor receptacle?

Deucer84 asked:

I have a motorguide 24 volt trolling motor and have tried to power it through my bow receptacle. It has a 12/24, 2(12) and charge switch next to the receptacle. The motor has a plug with black, yellow and red leads. When I plug it in the motor won’t run in any position. What could be the problem? What battery configuration should be used? What position switch should the motor run? Thanks
I have looked at the connections at the batteries and there are four leads. White, red, orange and black. The orange/white are positive/negative on battery #1. Red and black are positive/negative on battery #2. How does this combine into a three prong receptacle at the bow?
