If I have a 15 aH trolling motor and a 32 aH 12volt Battery?

Robert asked:

how much run time should I get? According to an equation someone got me, you divide the aH of the motor into the battery’s aH and that’ll tell you the amount of hours you’d get a t full throttle. So does that mean about two hours?? Any advice on battery/trolling motor run times?

That formula gives an approximate answer, but in reality, you’ll get less than two hours. Probably about 90 minutes at full throttle.

I’d look for a battery with more capacity – say 105aH? Since you normally won’t run at full throttle, and the motor generally isn’t running all the time, a higher capacity battery should last for a full day of fishing.
